Formerly a working mill which to this day still has the river passing through it, this project involved the complete re-decoration of the exterior of the property.

Much of the wood work was in a fairly poor state, including greying and general deterioration of some natural wood cladding to the rear of the house. Preparation techniques and specialist materials were used to restore this natural wood to very close to its former glory. The windows are almost exclusively of the Georgian sash variety.
